Performed as Senior IT Business Partner with the overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units and/or functional areas (Sales, Trading, Marketing, Services, Market Risk, Legal & Regulatory, Audit) for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. Provided highly valued strategic consulting level support and result-oriented value by assessing business needs and proactively adapting technologies to maximise the effectiveness of their core operation and new demands. Parter with business leadership and other key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.g. return on investment, productivity, compliance). Also responsible for the development and implementation of solution roadmaps, develop annual budgets for respective business areas, perform business analysis and prepare recommendations, business plans, solution concepts and business cases as needed. Act as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, the information technology department, and outside vendors.
